For all active and new mentors we are offering the following tailored training package to support you wih your mentoring:
Webcast and online workshop (in english) on Wednesday, 23rd September 2026 from 1.00 pm to 4.00 pm
with the expert Dr. Cécile Schain, psychologist by training and coach. You will have the opportunity to delve into the matter and to clarify individual questions.
The workshop builds on a webcast (45 minutes), available in english and german. The links to the webcasts can be found in your invitation email. Please contact your program coordinator if any difficulties arise.
Topics covered are: basic principles of mentoring, clarification of the role as a mentor, potential concerns and request of mentees and methods such as counselling skills and feedbacks.
