We warmly invite you to our next Joint ARIADNEall Networking Event – a wonderful opportunity for ARIADNE mentees and mentors to meet and connect in a relaxed and informal setting.

We’re also excited to officially welcome the new ARIADNEtechnat Master group into our growing community!

Why join us?

Our goal is to bring together our participants and to highlight female scientists and their research! The event also offers the opportunity to gain personal insights into the individual career paths of our speakers – something that there is often little room for in the academic routines.

This time’s focus: Gender & Age in Medicine

One size does not fit all! Did you know most medical studies still use a 75-kg male as the “standard patient”? This affects diagnosis and treatment – especially for women.

We’re pleased to welcome two inspiring early-career researchers from Universitätsklinikum Erlangen:

Dr. Lisa Deloch – Biologist, Junior Research Group Leader in Radiation Osteoimmunology
Alina Depardon – Medical doctor in training (Assistenzärztin)

Together, they’ll speak on how gender and age influence therapy outcomes and what this means for clinical practice.
